So I have seen a couple of videos of guys doing this and would like to know a few things.

What kind of Saline is used? I have seen on ebay you can buy Saline eye wash in large quantities cheaply could you use that?

Where do you buy you Saline from? And the kit?

What are teh side effects?

Saline 0.9% Sodium Chloride

I wouldn't think that eye saline would be used so I'm not suggesting it.

There are a few forums that supply information about saline infusion and also sellers of the supplies. I'm not promoting any of them...google it.

If not done safely yes their are side effects.

This is one that is dangerous if done even slightly wrong. Placement of the I.V. needles and all the rest must be exactly correct or you risk permanent damage including permanent E.D. The saline used is a specific type used in saline I.V. infusions and there are even many different formulae of these. Unless you are given instruction by a medical professional on how to do this I would not touch this with a ten foot pole. There are sites dealing with this, and there are many who practice this on a regular basis. What is the old line from Lost in Space. . . . "Danger Will Robinson!"

NICE....
i enjoy doing them....i do just about 500ml or more every weekend.

It's not saline eye wash, it's saline drip IV as would be administered if you were admitted to the hospital. I believe the % above is correct.

Check legit medical supply sites for saline IV kits and order from there. You'll have to find a video to demonstrate precisely how it is done. I tried this with a friend (he had bought the stuff and found the video), it was fun, but lots of precautions had to be taken because your primary risk is infection given that you won't be working in a sterile field, rather you'll be doing this in your bedroom or some such place. A cellulitis infection could ensue, which will send you to the ER once it manifests. That's the biggest risk, no matter where you are pumping the stuff, assuming you're careful enough not to send it into a blood vessel. One interesting side is that the saline is usually pre-heated (slightly) first, then injected. Afterwards, it gets kinda cold down there, while you're still huge. So, have a few blankets or space heater handy! I liter of solution is really, really noticeable for 24 hours and rapidly declines thereafter.
