I remember first seeing him on TV in "The Yellow Rose" with Sybill Shepherd back in the mid 80's. I recently caught him on a few episodes of "Parks and Recreation" sparring with Ron (Nick Offerman's character).

I remember Elliott starring in a tv movie, I believe it was "The Sacketts," late 70's or early 80's. His co-stars were Tom Selleck and Jeff Osterhage, two other extremely hirsute men. I think Osterhage actually beats Elliott for the hairiest, an amazing pelt on that guy.

I remember the first time I saw Jeff Osterhage shirtless, in True Grit:A Further Adventure, and it literally stopped me in my tracks. He was such a handsome young guy with a chest like a welcome mat. He makes Alec Baldwin look sparse!
