Having searched and come up with nothing on this guy I thought it best time to start a thread.

For those of you who don't know, Sam Sparro is a singer who's song Black and Gold was very popular in the UK. Here is a video of that song YouTube - Sam Sparro - Black & Gold: Video

Anyway, back to my point!!

He is a very attractive man who is openly gay though in an interview with Attitude magazine he was coy about his relationship status.

Does anyone have any more information on him? He has a very clasically attractive face and a nice bod but who knows whats underneath?

They play them on Local's Only in LA all the time. I think he's Australian, but he lives or lived in LA.

It made me mildly uncomfortable when I realised that "Black and Gold" is actually about God. Being non-religious myself, and in fact becoming more cantakerous and anti-religious by the day it seems, I never like figuring out that a song I like is about a religious subject. It's happened about four or five times now.

I almost feel like I'm not allowed to like the song anymore, like I'm obligated to hate anything associated with religion by default. Or that listening to the song will make me spontaneously burst into flames or something. A religious song by an openly gay person feels especially counter-intuitive.

Anyhoo, yeah he's okay looking.

I agree. Return To Paradise is an easy listening album with great reminisince of the 70's funk music. I like this one more than his debut.
