I don’t understand how the skin can be connected to the head though? I’m uncut and I didn’t know the skin could grow from the head like

It can’t if you’re uncut. It’s caused by the skin healing incorrectly and fusing after a circumcision

Sorry for being late to the party, but I don't think I could cope if my penis looked like that. It isn't his fault, I wish the decision to circumcise or not was left to the individual whose penis it is, to decide.

I doubt thats him.. the body doesn’t look like his and in the other pic where you cannot see the head, the shaft doesn’t even look like this.. sorry not his.. IMO
