Sarah Palin I'm afraid isn't for real. Her opinions sketched out in the book are 19th century. She has perfect 20-20 hindsight. People in Alaska don't like her. She's attractive, but that isn't for real either.

So, I can guess she wroted that book because she bought a "speak and spell" .

The tabloid press is currently running a story with regards to Bristol Palin and Levi Johnson. The story basically states that "Sarah" was the one who caused Levi to change is mind with regards to full frontal nudity in the centerfold spread. The article I saw while in a check out line referred to any display of genitalia as being "pornography" and "grounds for denial of visitation" to his birth child.

Though I absolutely cannot stand these kinds of publications, the thinking presented definitely does sound like that of Palin. A flaccid penis in an art pose is definitely not "pornography". The dumbest thing that Johnson ever did was becoming involved with that family to begin with, the next dumbest thing he ever did was to have sex with the woman's daughter. Yet, here is Sarah Palin trying to control the life of another individual who she feels fit to judge on every level.

Nobody knows how true this tabloid article really is, but, if there is any truth to this, think about what this kind of thinking could do to your personal rights and freedom based on "her" judgments were she to seek and find her way into a high elected office on any governmental level.

The more she's in the spotlight, the more stupid stuff she does giving her adversaries SO MUCH MORE material to work with when she tries to run for office in 2012. By all means, make her a celebrity. Give her tons of airplay and camera time so that everyone is sick of her by the end of it. Give her as much rope as she needs to hang herself in the end.

No she hasn't... at least on the newspapers, internet sites and programs that I watch.

Well if you need to know what's going on at MSNBC, Maddow has been investigating the problems in Uguanda and the anti-Homosexual Bill that was proposed that would issue life imprisonment or death sentences for people who are gay, as well as various issues surrounding the Health Care Debate. Most recently she unveiled news of a Militant nature, exposing that secret camera footage from drone attacks have emerged on computer systems and laptops of the enemy. And all they needed was a computer program that costs about $26 to hack into the satellite transmissions because some genius in the Pentagon thought we didn't need to encrypt the signals. Olbermann has been focused on the Health Care and dedicates at least 20-30 minutes of his program towards it. Collectively, the two programs make about 5 minutes for Palin and it's always greeted the same way... with laughs. Such as her recent trip to Hawaii where she wore a visor from her old 2008 campaign with McCain's name blacked out with a magic marker. You'd think with the $16 per photo she's charging during her book tour that she could afford $5 to grab a new one from Wal*Mart.

And that, in a nutshell, is what's going on in "libtard central". You can go back under your bridge now more informed, but still just as ignorant.

My view from the UK - That anyone, anywhere could consider her for president is amazing. That she already has political power in Alaska is deeply worrying. She comes across as an unloving, ignorant bigot. If she really answers to a significant section of American views (such that the Republicans could consider her) then there is something seriously wrong with America. Not that I'm an Obama fan. In fact I find it hard to get enthusiastic about American politics (and we get a lot of it in the UK).
