There are some pretty bright guys/gals here to prove it. I will ask if someone here knows how to say "Happy Birthday" in Latin. Let's see
how long it takes. Thanks! 03/31/08 10:34PM EST

You need to reset your clock. It was actually 11:34 PM EDT when you posted. It took Psidom only 3 minutes to answer correctly, not over an hour.

    Not quite, love...
(Although yours could be interpreted as such)

    Hint: it's only three words

Well, I know Quid Accidit means que pasa

and ad infernos decendit means go to hell

I am very rusty on my suffixes...
but it would be some version of

    voro merda morior

which is more like Gorge on Shit and Wither

    Nope.

Another hint: the infinitive form of the verb "eat" is edere.

    Yes...
but edere does not capture the spirit of the comment... it simply means to eat.

Voro means to consume, to gorge, to stuff oneself...

Seems to me a better fit...

Although I do not remember the proper form...
gime a break... there are 240 different forms of the word Porta, fer cryin out loud...

Seems a proper latin curse ought to convey the connotation of a curse...

I haven't seen that since he put it out...thanks, PD, I needed that!

OK, you've stewed enough...the response I was looking for is
    stercus ede morique

While it's true you could use merda as well, stercus was considered more polite...and I love to be as polite as possible when entreating folks to go fuck themselves.
