hey,im new to this forum, just joined so i could ask this question. i have this scar on the bottom of my penis, it starts from where the foreskin WOULD be attatched, and goes all the way down to where the scrotum starts. its noticable. and it has very small dots/bumps on each side of it, like you would see after youd get stiches and it heals...ive been wondering about this for a couple years, im not worried about it, i just wanna no if its not normal cause if my girlfriend sees it i dont want her to be like...what the fuck...you know? could you guys help me out?

yea your right...well this makes me feel alot better about myself. but still no idea what the loose skin is...its kinda just a flap of skin maybe like 1/3 of a cm that goes all the way down the scar, it really has no feeling in it so you can pinch it or whatever and you wont feel it...any idea?

Are those dots light or dark in color?

That might be what is called "turkey neck" by some. A/K/A penoscrotal webbing, a/k/a klatsch.
