OK... when did the Celebrity Endowments section become a partisan spitfest? Aren't we supposed to be looking at Brown's dick now?
Very well put V.B. Typical LPSG hostility...turning a gawk thread into a nasty political debate thread.
I just want to see a higher res version of Mr. Brown's Cosmo pics.

I think he looks awesome in his Cosmo pics, nice beefy build and some hair....not like the guys you see in mags today with 0% body fat, and completely hairless.

The politics is relevant when idiots say they'd let looks decide their vote, especially when the person being discussed belongs to a right wing party who would be against your own sexuality. It's very simple really.

Shaking my head, you just don't get it, the damage was done before he got into office. In order to get the big picture you need to step back a little and look at what needs to be done first. Would you build a house starting with the roof or begin building a strong foundation? Apparently Obama and elective officials are shoring up the foundation so when the house (Job market) will have true grounds to stand upon. Only time will tell!

Only if the grounds you want to stand on are Socialism. Thank you, but no. I don't understand how, as gays, we could possibly be Democrats. That has always amazed me. Why would we want the governement in our lives, defining our lives? I'm also equally amazed at the fact that the Republicans allowed the party to be so controlled by religious fundamentalists and pushed social agendas for so long. As a gay man, a Christian and a registered Republican, all I want is for the governement to GET THE HELL OUT OF MY LIFE, create a strong national defense and do ONLY what the Constitution allows them to do. We do not need more laws, more entitlement programs or more of anything remotely resembling "governemnt oversight". We need sensible programs that teach people how to get back on their feet when they fall, help them but encourage them to get back out there and do for themselves. The government should not legislate marriage or any social agendas for that matter. I could go on, but it is now basically about getting rid of 90% of who currently holds office and starting over - sadly there aren't many people from either party that put the nation ahead of their own aspirations. We need a new party, I think - The Consitutionalist Party!

I'm always surprised when people pull out the old statement that Democrats want more control in people's personal lives and the Republicans are "hands off". Which party is at the forefront of anti-abortion legislation? Which one wants to make sure DOMA is enshrined in the Constitution and the definition of marriage is "one man, one woman" with no exceptions? And which party was it that directly interfered with Michael Schiavo's decisions regarding the medical care of his wife Terri?

There are Gay Republicans?

What? You do realize that totally contradicts everything right?

My mind is officially blown.

Yeah plenty of them. Contrary to popular belief there are a lot of homosexual men who do not support the gay agenda, would not go anywhere near a gay pride parade, would not be caught dead with a rainbow, or HRC sticker on their car, and don't give a damn about legalizing gay marriage.

Yeah, and they are all in Congress:biggrin1:

Seriously, do these same gay Republicans care about whether or not gays can be denied housing or fired just because they're gay? Do they think it's fair that they are denied the same rights as their straight counterparts? I find it hard to accept that there are gays who are happy to be a part of a group that courts those who protest their existence and actively works to keep them(gays)in the role of second class citizens.
By no means is the Democratic Party perfect but at least they don't suck up to the religious reich and attempt to oppress us in order to please the zealots.
