Lol he’s not closeted at all. He lived with Alex, they went to the Grammy’s together. Him and Mitch call themselves superfruit... doesn’t get much gayer. You say just because he acts a certain way and call himself superfruit that everyone can assume he is gay then. He has publicly called himself LGBTQ+ but not which of them he identifies with, except for all of them? I say he acts closeted because of how he word his responses to questions about him and his personal life. Straight guys can be flamboyant and still love pussy. If someone were to ask him if he is gay he would give fifty answers other than yes or no. If he said, he does not like to label himself as guy but is attracted to guys, that would be something but even that hasn't happen. He and Alex dated for years. Being gay doesn’t make you obligated to be a gay figure. Making it a big deal is highlighting something that shouldn’t be a big deal. Maybe he wants to be known as a singer and not a gay singer. He doesn’t owe anyone amything, he is allowed to identify however he wants or not at all. I don’t see why anyone cares.
It's the round about way that annoys me, that is my big point. Mitch is known as a singer, no one calls him the gay singer.
Maybe he’s just one of those people who doesn’t try to make things easy to label. Like those who fall in a spectrum of gender, those who have some of those off the wall sexual preference name, or those who are just super interesting with their word choices to not make them offensive to certain people.

I get what your saying and that's how I feel about what he does. He tries too carefully about being careful about what and how he says thing about himself. He has no problem living his life out loud but to me, he knows who he is and I feel like he hasn't let others know and he is confident and comfortable with himself not to be able to voice that. It makes it uncomfortable to watch him dodge those subjects and more obvious when Mitch just says who he is with no reservations. I think my point is that people say he's gay but when did he identify as gay; just because he says he dated guys doesn't make him just gay, he could be bi.
