a2z: :excl: Please tell me I'm not alone on this.
I have a problem with my Penis getting scratched up all the time.
It hangs to the left due to a large set of balls. Well, when I walk
or sit and cross my legs, the area right under the head of my Penis
scrapes either against my underwear, leg hair, or pubic hair. I've
tried to keep my hair very short and tried growing it out. I've tried
boxers, briefs, bikinis. Still It RUBS! Short of just waking up and
putting on a condom. I'm lost as to what to try next. Besides, it
takes forever for the thing to heal. When it does decide to scab over
any hard on will re-injure the area. I can't be the only large Cock & Balls
with this problem. Please help a guy out! Thanks...A.

Sounds to me like a moisturizing problem. Try a dab of Neosporin after your daily shower. This will help your current condition heal more quickly and, with continued applications, may very well protect you from further injury.

I'm with Pecker on this one. Try using some sort of moisturizer lotion or cream. If that doesn't help then I would recommend seeing a dermatologist.

A good thing for anyone who's dick or balls gets irritated from rubbing clothes or stubble from shaving your pubes or even from cock rings being too tight. Benzine! Remember, your dick is covered with the same skin the rest of your body is covered with. Sure it's a bit more sensitive then, say, the bottom of your feet, but it's still the same skin. Mosturizures, topical first aid spray, even band-aids when needed! (that last one is an odd feeling, but it works)

I have been using the neosporin since this last scratch,
of course it's cold here in the mid South this time of year,
and everything including Cocks get dry. Any suggestions
on a good lotion that won't turn my Cock red with daily use?
I have to find a way of Preventing this from happening also.
Maybe a jock strap, bandaid, cock sock, I don't know...but
this is really annoying and seemingly unpreventable.
    Thanks Again,
    A.

Lubriderm lotion is a good medicated lotion. You could also use Curel lotion, that's what was recommended for my tatoo to aid in the healing process.

Any good hand lotion applied a couple times a day should alleviate the problem. I've been moisturizing my dick for years, ever since the idea first occurred to me. One caution: don't use hand lotion shortly before having sex with a condom as such lotions contain ingredients that will eat through latex.

dickless: Hi, I'm female so obviously I don't know as much about this specific problem as these gentleman do but...you night want to try baby powder. Baby powder is very effective for chafing problems (and it sounds like that's what you have). Chaffage happens when skin is moist and rubs against something repeatedly. The powder will create a smooth barrier between your skin and...everything else. Just dust a little powder on your balls in the morning and see if that doesn't help. You should still use lotion at night while you're sleeping. B)

    a2z,

dickless hit it on the nose. Bless you woman! Use a powder...Gold Bond and Gold Bond medicated have worked fabulously for me. I apply it after showering and it reduces chafing....its especially great in the summer when things get sticky down there....

Yeah, though I don't know how much talcum powder would help. It's good for drying out the area, but not for dealing with scratches.

yea, i was thrown a little by "scratches", jonb. i was initially thinking fingernails, teeth, rings...when i read scratches. i assumed he meant "abrasion" from rubbing against clothing etc. Gold bond helps reduce that kind of stuff in addition to absorbing moisture. if his dick is really scratched....he needs to get it healed first. medicated ointments that were mentioned earlier would help, and, he can put on the ointment, and then a sock over his dick...that has helped me when things were really raw....

whatever the particulars of his situation...one or more of the suggestions should help.

I didn't know it could help with abrasions. Also, when you're at home, go naked. When you're not at home, wear soft fabrics like silk or cotton. And cut back on your intercourse and masturbation. Basically, just minimize the friction.

If you're not cut super-short, you can pull the remaining skin over the head (or mostly over the head) and keep it in place with either a condom, a band-aid, or some first-aid adhesive tape.
