Scrotox?

Yep! After years of having an uncomfortably tight scrotum, I checked with my plastic surgeon to see if he had experience doing this procedure. To be clear, they only inject just under the scrotal skin. Numbing cream is applied to your scrotum, and they use a very fine gauge insulin syringe. The needle does not go anywhere near your testicles. Two weeks later, and I can tell that my scrotum has relaxed somewhat, and my testicles no longer feel like they're trapped in a vice. I personally feel much more comfortable and plan to repeat the procedure in the future. Do know that the cremaster that controls the tightness of your scrotum is a very strong muscle. My only regret is that I didn't opt for a second syringe of Botox. No regrets at all!

Just a tad on with weird side, but if your balls feel better, I'm not gonna argue. Oh, does it help your migraines any? Of course the pervert in me would love to see a botoxed foreskin.
Botox can be used in the neck muscles to combat migraines. The benefits last from two to three months. With all the attention given to opioid pain meds, Botox is a viable alternative. If someone's foreskin is uncomfortably tight, Botox may be used to numb the area while mechanical means are used to stretch the skin.

I certainly understand any apprehension one might have to letting a doctor inject Botox in their scrotum, but I would compare it to having dental work done. One does not go in for "recreational" dental procedures. You should only allow a medical procedure to be performed on you if it's going to offer you some relief, or a better quality of life.

Anatomy lesson: the cremaster muscle elevates( and 'relaxes') the testicles, the dartos muscle is the actual scrotal muscle, they do work together however.
I suspect you are having Dartox, if the cremaster was being injected that familiar kicked in the balls sensation would ensue!
