It seems like the one question that everyone has about a site like this is Where do you get the guys?
Well, they come from a variety of sources. I advertise for some, some are referred, some know each other, and some are even related. I have also had surprising success in approaching men on the street, at the beach, in the store, etc.
The second question I always get is "Are the guys really straight?"
There are straight, gay, and bisexual men on this site, but most of the guys are straight. Although I find straight men very alluring, I did not originally set out to make a straight guy site. The fact is that the majority of men on this planet are heterosexual to a greater or lesser degree. So, the sexuality of the men on this site simply reflects the statistics of society in general.
I do, however, believe that there is a spectrum from straight to gay and that everyone falls somewhere on that scale. A lot of straight guys are curious and that's what makes my job fun.
Most of the guys here are between the ages of 18 and 30*. They are real guys with regular jobs and most of them have never been nude in front of a camera before. A few had done video or print work before they met me and a few have gone on to more mainstream endeavors. The surprising thing is that, even though they are beautiful and should be full of themselves, most of them are very polite and very down-to-earth.
Personally, I like a variety of types of guys and that is reflected in my work. I don't expect that every guy on this site is going to appeal to everyone. One of the most beautiful things about the male gender is that there is so much diversity.
The men are paid for their appearances, although a lot of them have told me they would do it for free. The guys that I most enjoy working with are those who just want to show off their beautiful bodies. I look for men who are clean cut and in shape, with good builds, handsome faces, and nice dicks.
Most of the guys are very nervous when they do their first video. Of course, I think a little bit of nervousness can be very sexy as there is a certain raw reality in it. I like to talk with the guys while we are filming. Some are very chatty while others are not. I give the guys some direction if needed, but I like them to do what comes naturally.
