Many years ago I remember watching a movie (maybe a Bond movie) where Sean Connery was in disguise as a Scotsman complete with kilt, and claimed that the men of his line traditionally had four balls, and he then proceeded to seduce a woman in classic Connery fashion.

Does anyone have any clue what movie this is? I have been wracking my brain for about 3 days now trying to remember/figure this out, and IMDB is no help lol.

It sounds a bit like the Bond movie On Her Majesty's Secret Service. Bond goes undercover at Blofeld's headquarters disguised an a geniologist wearing a kilt. He then proceeds to seduce several women there.
Except it was not Sean Connery playing Bond, it was George Lazenby's one-off performance as Bond.
