Searching for a story with transformation that goes from m/m to m/f

There was a story that I comment on a few weeks ago, but now I can't seem to find it.

It was about a tradition in the community where two males came of age and then had a wrestling match. The winner has his penis grow, because the loser of the match would have his penis shrink down to nothing and disappear as breast grew and a pussy formed.

The winner would then take the loser as his wife.

I read it here on this forum, but now it's gone.
