Im searching for an old story. I do not remember where i found it.
But it was about a man that grow to become a giant, and that his dick got so big that he had to dislocate/rip the jaw from someone who was sucking on it.
I think he was in some medical trial cuz i think the chapter ends with the professor/doctor locking him in a room so that noone can see that his test had failed. And the man grew so big that he exploded in there.
