The utter incompetence of Sebelius to manage a simple website is really just another example of Obama's lack of leadership qualities. Good leaders always surround themselves with great people. Since Obama we have seen nothing but mistake after mistake and cover up after cover up. Forget about Sebelius this is a problem from the top down.

With all the hand-wringing over the glitchy rollout of Obamacare, one thing seems to have been forgotten:

The Affordable Care Act was crafted to permit each state to design a Web-based "exchange" suitable to its individual needs and resources. And the state exchanges seem to be functioning pretty well.

It was not contemplated that so many Republican governors would cede their states' rights to the federal government, acting in diametrical opposition to their "principles" simply in order to undermine the law. So perhaps those people in red states who bemoan the difficulty of navigating the federal website ought to address their complaints to their state officials, who deliberately sacrificed the health care needs of their constituents to the political needs of their party.

Why do so many liberals find it hard to just say their guy F*&K up period. You would rid yourself of so much guilt.

If Obama was a good leader he would have expected this and planned accordingly.

@Stormfront I have seen your posts and you wildly make crazy comments not provoking thought or discussion so please when facts with facts like the rollout of this ACA law is a joke just agree.

Funny think about liberals, they claim to be so tolerant and welcoming but when faced with an opposition to their view they become enraged. Must be a chemical flaw in a liberal mind. What do you think?

If I respected your opinion I would debate any points you attempted to make no matter how flawed your views are.

Show me one thread I created here that wasn't open for debate or input. Your thread seems to be here solely as a chance for you to rant.

You already stated in another thread that you have no desire to spell correctly and now you show that you are capable of so many other errors. I know it's not due to your political stance because other conservatives on here manage to post without the large number of errors you make but you do your side an injustice by giving credence to the idea that most who oppose Obama and Dems are highly uneducated.

Yeah, blah, blah, blah! You keep calling out liberals. What are you so conservative about? You live your life like everybody else does I'm sure. Do you wear the same pair of underwear for a week? Do you pee in the sink to save water or what? Just asking!...lol

Agree throw them out.

@Stromfront Fl or what ever that means really you could not come up with something better. No one cares about your opinions either if they did you would not be posting on a LPSG site. So please please don't think to highly of yourself. But I do love when liberals are cornered they either use racism (you have done that) claim people are uneducated (you have done that) they get angry (again you) and then they lie (again you) and when all else fails they try to get you removed from a board on LPSG (again you).

If this was a spelling contest then great I loss who cares. Get over yourself any time you actually want to have a debt on facts regardless of spelling let me know. Facts not emotion. YOU LOSE.

Unlike you, I don't spend all my time in the Politics forum. You join this site and run straight here. Makes one wonder.

Dude, just about everyone who has responded to any of your posts comments on your horrible spelling and grammar. You've also been called on your lack of facts.

Lie? Keep on making stuff up. That's what you do best.

Once again the number of errors in your post make it impossible to consider taking you seriously.

One day closer to your ban. Your type can't help it.

At least it's not a tea bag tumor in yours. What's the point of any discussion here? You've already dug in your heels and made up your mind on everything. I don't think anybody here enjoys talking with you.

Storm, Manu, why engage????
I admit, I was bored.

When are the rational conservatives like RNGR going to return? I've had it up to here with these newbie teabag posters. Do any of them realize that the P in LPSG doesn't stand for Politics because they all run straight to this forum when they join and only post here.

I happened to see an article this evening about five states that may fare well under the ACA, because they embraced the program, in particular the Medicaid expansion that a number of states opted out of. That's what happens when you have certain partisan politicians out to sabotage the program.

Obamacare's Biggest Winners: 5 States With the Most to Gain (HUM, UNH, WLP)

"...a recent study from the Urban Institute and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation found, Medicaid expansion under Obamacare could prove equally vital in providing assistance to uninsured Americans. The combination gives the following five states the highest proportion of uninsured residents who could become eligible for insurance assistance under Obamacare next year."

I love toying with liberals it is funny. The arguments are based on emotion not fact, their background in financials is laughable, many seem really unhappy with life, everyone is against them, the world did them wrong, everyone else owes them something and on and on. It is so easy to win an agreement with lib just present facts. Then when they know they lost get ready for their final card to be played racism or in this case your spelling is bad.

Personally, I can really care less fucking with libtards is quite fun. And imagine I can do this while earning a great living each and every day without needing a dime from the government.
Thanks for finally admitting that you are here solely to troll the site. Makes the decision of the Mods much easier. Good luck selling blood and cans to make your "fortune".

There; fixed it for you...

I am a conservative but I am not going to post my views here because you probably know my views. I do see good points in Obamacare and bad points as well. I do see problems with the roll out of Obamacare with the web sites etc. I just think they could have hired someone who had a better track record or someone who is used to doing websites that can handle the volumn that is was supposed to handle. I did see an article which stated that there no bids given out to the people who did the web-site. I always thought that bids were supposed to be taken and the best one choosen to do the job. I just think they did not think things through and did not stay on top of the roll out of the website. It should have been done a year ago and been tested a lot to work out the gliches. That may have happened if a different group would have done the website say ebay or Amazon or goggle. I also wish they would have kept the people doing the website to US groups. I like to buy American when I can.

According to an article I read, the company that was hired has performed other services for the government since 2007. They have had their share of ups and downs according to that article.
Meet CGI Federal, the company behind the botched launch of HealthCare.gov

How did CGI land the Healthcare.gov contract?
CGI Federal's winning bid stretches back to 2007, when it was one of 16 companies to get certified on a $4 billion "indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity" contract for upgrading Medicare and Medicaid's systems. Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts — GWACs, as they're affectionately known — allow agencies to issue task orders to pre-vetted companies without going through the full procurement process, but also tend to lock out companies that didn't get on the bandwagon originally. According to USASpending.gov, CGI Federal got a total of $678 million for various services under the contract — including the $93.7 million Healthcare.gov job, which CGI Federal won over three other companies in late 2011.

Please don't try to act shocked about no bid contracts since it was all the rage during the Bush/Cheney years and I'm sure they occurred before throughout most administrations and will probably continue with future ones as well.
