I was on a routine of regular stretches, jelqs, and kegels with an occasional oriental massage and squeezes incorporated over fourth months. The routine was once a day, for two days, followed by a 1 day rest period.
This netted me some noticeable permanent gains, but I would like to add a bit more.

Would it be advisable to increase the frequency, duration, and intensity of the exercises when returning and seeking more?

If you had significant gains with what you did, I would start with the same thing again and see what happens. If you continue to gain, I wouldn't change anything.

For most guys, at some point gains plateau and then it becomes necessary to up the intensity and frequency of exercises, or add new modalities in order to continue to gain. But don't do it unless you have to.
