I believe this may have been already been a thread, so forgive me since I couldn’t find it.
I’m seeing more and more guys do the towel dance these days in the locker room. Mostly younger dudes. Guys wrapping themselves in a towel to undressed. To get dressed. Some even taking a towel into the shower stalls to undress and dress. I find it not only more work than it’s worth, but also somewhat silly, since you can simply face the locker and undress / dress quickly if you’re really that shy.
Anyway, it made me think what these guys would do if an acquaintance, say a co-worker or a friend, happened to bump into them in the gym. Would it be awkward? Would it be uncomfortable? Should it be either?
What’s the thought here? Are we men confident enough to stand naked next to another buddy, not just a gym buddy, but someone with whom we are more familiar? Is being that exposed too much for us, or our egos? Would you cover up, or let it hang?
