Didn't see my dad nude all that often, but I think its very important for fathers and sons to be open with nudity in front of each other. I know of one "tight" foreskin problem first hand. My freshman year college roommate had begun to have annoying infections under his foreskin in late high school even though he did all of the recommended maintenance during bathing. Plus, the foreskin was very tight around the glans. The doc gave him several options all the way from a lateral incision on the bottom of the foreskin to a partial circ of some sort or the whole enchilada.
