But I don't do cam to cam with other men, only with women.

It's a bit of an oddity really. I look at it and I raise an eyebrow and think

"Well, you don't see that every day"...and then I think "hmmm....he's got a really flexible spine but I can think of a dozen better things he could be doing with that degree of flexibility".

There aren't too many sex/porn acts as to which I am totally uninterested. Usually, even if a given act or genre leaves me generally in the cold, I might find purchase in the occasional "oh that one is hot!" Not so with the self-sucking. I could actually do a bit of this in my youth. And the doing of it can be pleasurable, as long as the contortionist movements required to accomplish the act are not so painful as to override any pleasure derived from the actual sucking.
