i've only swallowed one guy before, and while it isn't the best taste i still do it for him and it even turns me on. what i find weird though is this strange almost like tingly feeling down my throat and at the back, even if it's just a small amount

Unlike most liquid semen is made of thousands of tiny sperm, so maybe you had acut, and they infected it. But I doubt that...
