I've been taking it for a lot of years. Started back when I was 48 or 49. I started noticing a big loss of ejaculate around that age. After I started taking Semenax, maybe a month or so, I started seeing a return to my normal levels. Never been a huge shooter, but enough to feel really good. I'm 53 today and still taking two a day, and still enjoying nice loads at orgasm.
For me I am satisfied with the product, and recently bought another ne year supply. That is based on the recommended four a day. I take only two a day so it lasts two years. I will up the amount if I see a decline in amount in the future.
Four a day is a lot considering the other supplements I take. Test X1180 and GNC Mega Men's Prostate and Virility. Plus a daily multi vitamin.

I tried it and it was good cum felt better lasted long shot better streams, and recharge time was very fast. I need some more
