I haven't, because I'd rather try out the individual ingredients. There's reviews online, but you have to sort through a lot that are probably paid for.
In the US, anyone selling a supplement has to tell you what's in it. Because of that, I learned that Semanex has
Zinc Aspartate, Vitamin E, L-carnitine, Maca, Pine Bark Extract, L-arginine HCL, L-lysine, Catuaba, Epimedium sagitattum, Muira puama, Hawthorn, Cranberry extract, Tribulus terrestris, Avena sativa extract, Sarsaparilla, Swedish Flower Pollen, Pumpkin seed, Butea superba
I bolded the ones that I've experienced as helping my volume or my libido (or both). I'm surprised they don't include celery seed, that's helped a lot, too. Check out the Pygeum Overload thread, most of the ingredients have been discussed. And then there's the Celery Seed thread. That's a good one, too. If you use celery seed or make your own stacks, then post about it in one of those threads (not here).
I hope the ingredients list is useful and relevant to the topic. I encourage you three who are interested, rather than having an empty thread that just gets bumped for six years, save up your pennies, buy it, and post about it here.

Yes, I used it quite a few years ago and it definitely worked. It doesn't increase actual sperm though; it greatly increased the clear fluid that sperm is in. My ejaculations had much more volume and were much more powerful when I used it.
I've alternated between Semenax and Volume Pills. Echoing what @bravesoldier said...I doubt it makes us more fertile but a tremendous (like 3x) increase in the quantity of the ejaculate...from below average to way above average. Every one I'm with comments about the load. And considerable precum which I never used to have .
These are expensive options...I go for bulk pricing and get a year's worth at a time. I dunno if it increases sex drive per se but at least making orgasms more pleasurable, longer lasting with height and distance it's definitely worth it to me.

I started using Tongat Ali plus that I bought on Amazon. I've definitely noticed an increase in the volume of my loads.

A little, but how far the cum shoots is dependent on the PC muscle. I should, but don't, do Kegel exercises to help with that. With the Tongkat Ali there is just more that comes out.
