When you hear guys say "I have a semi..."

does the word mean "it's so/so hard" (as in semi-hard) or

does it refer to the vehicle that drives down the road? As in, "instead of floating a torpedo, he drove a semi?"

And do you pronounce it semi (rhymes with hemi) or semI (like the truck?)

Just curious. When i first heard people using the phrase growing up, since people around me pronounced it with the long I, I thought of the truck on the highway! :)

Could also mean he has a a partial circumcsion (semi cut).

"I have a semi" has to be put in a context to know oif he refers to hom having a pickup truck or whether it refers to his penis. Short of previous discussion of circumcision, "semi" most likelty refers to the partial state of erection as opposed to partial circumcision.
