Hard to describe exactly how it feels. I guess I can say that, often anyway, an orgasm is a completely overwhelming experience for me. I can feel it in my pelvis and in the tops of my thighs but of course it's concentrated on my cock and particularly on the glans. After I've cum that part in particular is just super-sensitive, almost as if the sensations that led up to the orgasm have tripped over themselves, like when you're running so fast that you fall over. I know that sounds fanciful, but it's the best I can do.

After I've cum, my natural wish is simply to lie back and recover (and bask in the sensations I've just had). However, I realise that this can be less than ideal for my partner, and even on occasions quite hurtful.
