I am not sure if there's a thread already on this topic, but the thread on tit fucking inspired me to open up this topic for discussion.

I happen to have *extremely* sensitive nipples. I can easily and always orgasm from having them fondled, sucked or massaged. They are like clits in this respect.

However, maybe I am wrong, but I notice a lot of women don't tend to be quite as sensitive here. If anything, I've come to see that many women remark on being somewhat sensitive if they are at all.

Anyone else have very sensitive nipples?

Don't know if it is true or not that breast size affects nipple sensitivity, but I am a natural 36 H. So I have very large and full breasts in addition to being incredibly sensitive.

Some people argue that nipple size is related to sensitivity as well. But I think sensitivity most likely relates to how many nerve endings are on the surface of the nipples.

Perhaps those that feel little to none have less there?

Obviously this is an alder thread but can still answer. Yes I’m also in that bucket of women who has extremely sensitive nipples that extends to the surroundings a bit as well. As a guy, I can only relate how the women I've been with reacted and told me about their nipple sensitivity.
