Serious Question for/about the Transgendered...

I read many years ago that when the Transgendered go from male to female, the female hormones given to feminize the body, cause the beard to stop growing, the breasts to develop, shrink the testes, possibly the penis, and inhibit erections.

However, the Transgendered that appear porn appear to have completely normal male genitals (no ED), while sporting females breasts and curves. I realize the breasts could be implants, but the entire body, with the exception of the male genitalia, appears female.

Just curious how this is accomplished. One would think that the female hormones would inhibit any male characteristics. Isn't that the goal?

Or, do these porn stars take specific doses that feminize, yet preserve male attributes?

I would think that the goal of the male to female transsexual (who is not a performer) would be complete feminization.

Not judging, here. Just curious. What's the story?

I think the people you see in porn have gotten breast implants and wax...I don't think they are female to male.

I have also often wondered about this as well. I have seen some supposedly transgendered who probalby have small bodies and implants and have never had female hormones.

However I have also seen some with very curvacious bodies and proper breasts and still manage to have ejaculations. I assume the hormones cause the testicles to reduce in size and probalby not function but this does not seem to have any effect on the organs "downstream" ie the prostate etc and still manage to ejaculate.

I tend to look at the size of their nipples, if they are small and have very firm breasts you can bet they just have implants, if they are proper large breasts with a full nipples then I suspect they have had a course of feminising hormones.

Finaly a subject i know a little bit about being around and helping the transgender community alot. First of all when they start taking hormones it slows down the growth of body/facial hair but it doesn't stop it so they do continue to shave unless they have the laser hair removal surgery which is rather expensive. Second there dicks and balls do shrink some but for the most part remain fully functional and they can still have sex. As far as nipples go if they are on the hormones there nipples do tend to swell up and become puffy and extremely sensitive but not every trans who is on hormones nipples swell up and get huge it just depends on how the hormones effect you. Breasts do tend to grow rather slowly they are pretty much like a young girl ging through puberty so the majority of them do get implants however somepeople do opt to go a cheaper route and have there breasts, hips, face, lips, etc pumped. Which is where they pump that part of your body full of silicone it is a procedure not performed by a plastic surgeon however you do get the desired results and once the breasts set for awhile and drop they tend to look very natural i also do not recomend his method bc if the silicone gets in your blood stream or into your lings it will kill you. These people you see in trans porn there body's are usualy enhanced to what they look like by lots of plastic surgery ie. but implants, breast implants, hip implant, cheek implants, lip implants, and sometimes even complete facial reconstruction. And then if they want to completely trans over to the female gender they will usualy start with an orchiectomy which is the removal of the balls only and htne will at a later date have the penis removed and turned into a vagina. or they can opt to havethe entire surgery at one time. But whether or not they have there genital surgery if they have taen the hormones for at least i think it is 2 years they are legaly considered female.
