Ok in all seriousness im writing because i really need help i desperately need to enlarge my penis i know theres techniques and devices one can use and of course there is surgery but i would like the advice of people who have tried any of these things to enlarge their own penis and see if what really works once again im desperate this is not a joke i need help please
