Well,ever since i had conformation that this kind of thing works its time to set some goals for myself....

i'm currently in my 12th day and will a full hard on i measured 20CMs yesterday by 13CMs girth

i think my eventual goal should be 9 inches by 6 (22.86Cm by 15),if continued is this a realistic gain and are there any experts out there that can estimate how long it would take to get there?

ps.when is the right time to start reverse jelqing?
im kinda getting the bat

Some men can gain that in a couple of months; others may take longer. A lot of it will depend on how effective your training is and how closely you pay attention to how you react to that training.

I would say after a few weeks of training you can give it a try.

well,im doing 100 jelq's and the azn massage a workout atm(ofc included by a warmup etc)
however,how can i expand my workout (from 100 to 120 etc or a girth exercise)

The reps listed are maximums for the basic routine. One you're at the advanced level, you'll be able to add more reps and/or do different, more intense exercises than the ones listed.

allright,i'll stick to the basics then

is it allright to start doing the reversed jelq in 2 weeks tho?
 
You can include them by replacing a few of your regular jelq reps.

so i'm planning to stick to the normal stuff for another 4 weeks and then trying to expand my current schedule to get the 9x6 i want :redface:
 
hey al,is it normal that if you jelq that the next day you feel like you've been working out?(penis wise)

A little soreness is typical, but if your erections are affected or the soreness lasts more than a day, you're likely overdoing it.
 
crap....i lost half a centimeter because i didnt P.E enough this week :( (only 2 days)

gonna work harder!
im not going to give up untill i get my goal and i've cemented it down firmly! >: (

also,al what is the BEST way to jelq,hand at the base and jelqing with 1 hand(good ol european foreskinner,eh>_>) or two hands to maximise flow to the glans?

Just make sure you take your rests.
I just took a week off and man, I was hanging low, flaccid. I have never hung that low. And it is cold outside! No shrinkage. It was great. It seems gains are made on this rest time too.

Funny, though, I just had a "workout" (PE routine) yesterday and I am back to "shrinkage". I guess the penis needs its rest. lol.

I should also add that I have been taking a mulit-vitamin daily for about a month now. I just started on a couple of other things too on my week off. Like L-Arginine with L-Ornithine, and L-Lysine. ( I got this from Reps magazine, Winter 2009 issue 16, the article on timing your supplements)

I also have been taking Ginko Biloba for blood circulation to the brain since I am such a nerd. lol. But I am sure that good blood circulation is good for the penis as well.

well,i ordered a bathmate(because i allwas wanted a pump,lol) so im gonna do bathmate 7 days a week and jelqing 2 days on 1 day off so i can get my regimen nicely on track agian :redface:

Training every day can have negative effects- you should give yourself some kind of rest to ensure your penis recuperates.
 
Yeah I did that too.

I changed to 1 day on 1 day off.

Last week I was on my 2nd day on, I got all these red spots all over my penis (its described in the beginners manual).

I think it can get too much if you do it 2 days in a row. I'm on a tough regime now. I am somewhat trained and I can take hard pressure. Just the 2nd day was too much, it needs it rest.

Resting = good
