Sex in a hammock or hammock chair

Anyone recommend it? What styles work best?

I find the chairs are more manoeuvrable than traditional hammocks. That being said, it's easier to fit two (or more) into a traditional hammock. Cloth hammocks are nicer, but the rope-style hammocks have all kinds of convenient holes

That one looks nice, but I actually made this thread because I've been looking for a sex swing for a while, but the vast majority of the cheaper ones have no head support and basically look cheap and uncomfortable. Even in the advertisement photos on the boxes, the women look like they're struggling to hold their heads up, the tendons in their necks popping out, their shoulders shrugged up around their necks. Then I did a Google search and found that my suspicions were confirmed. A lot of people complain that the ones without a neck support are uncomfortable and that the ones with nylon straps cut into their thighs and butts. Plus I like the idea of being able to throw it in the washing machine and being able to use it as an actual chair. A giant leather one would cost too much and be too hard to hide from the offspring. Highly rated hammock chairs can be found for only $60, and if it doesn't work out, I still have a hammock chair. :smile:

If I was going to spend the money for a sex swing and all the accessories, I'd probably get this one, but it requires a lot of space and two bolts for the ceiling. Unfortunately we have ceiling fans that would be problematic given our current furniture arrangement.

My wife and I have a hammock in the back yard which is a traditional type sold by LL Bean. It can be pleasant to go out on a warm summer night and screw on it but a traditional hammock design does have limitations.

If you are both shifting around at the same time it is not difficult to fall out of it, for one thing. Kneeling on the rope material for doggy style or cowgirl isn't particularly comfortable for any length of time. Face to face positions work pretty well.

One cannot underestimate the excellence of having a hammock chair. And though hammocks and hammock chairs may not be the most convenient things to fuck in, I think that's the fun of it. Like fucking in a canoe. It ain't easy, but it's fun, you can tell people you fucked in a canoe, and you also have a canoe.

Ah if you have kids, well it'd be hard to tell them they couldn't use the leather sling as a swing and have to explain everything. Strike that out. What about a simple wedge bolster then? The sling you gave a link to looks too complicated with all those straps. You'd be spending all your time untangling the damn thing! :tongue:

I can sew, but I am nervous about sewing something that is intended to take my weight. My stitches aren't usually required to be so strong. I do know how to make a harness out of webbing, so I suppose I could get creative about how to pad something like that for comfort. :tongue:

You've got it right now, Petite. We have a hammock like the one in your photo and have used it for fun. I set it low and take my lady while I kneel, letting the motion do the work.
I'm not sure this is kinky sex, but it sure is leisurely and wonderful outdoors. We've never tried to both get in the hammock as you mentioned too much motion and you'll fall out.
I have thought of cutting a hole and trying that, but have yet to do so. Might report when the summer comes.

I highly recommend hammock sex! Mayan hammocks are good for the position you picture. If you like a little restraint, and he rolls you on your face, the weight of your body pins your arms under you. It is VERY hot!

When I was in Mexico about 7 years ago, there was a calendar entitled Hammock-sutra. It had 12 drawings of different positions a couple can do (while wearing mayan garb) on a hammock. I wish I bought that now.
