To take the pressure off the bottoms back and to help the top keep maximum penetration, I have a swinging/stable table. It's about 8 feet long, 30" wide and sits on two sawhorses or can hang from chains in a garage from the rafters. I find that even shorter hung men can achieve deeper penetration if we're on the table.
