I was the pool boy, we lived in a large gated community with a golf course at one point in my life, and i remember i took a job near the facility center and all i really had to do was turn off the lights and pick shit out of the pool once or twice a day. my uniform was a light blue shirt with my nametag pinned on it, and this pair of old white swimming trunks that smelled like 15 other people.
One day, two golfer dudes that were probably in their 30s came inside the main building while i was half-assed cleaning the pool. Theres a big row of door/windows so you can always see in and out, and even though one of the guys left, the other was sitting down inside the lounge area, every time i looked over his head shot back down. my skin complexion is a little tan, so i thought he was one of those racist, rich, white dudes.
Eventually though, he stood up and started pacing around the window/door wall like he was trying to decide whether or not to come outside, and i started getting a little nervous, cause I was kinda scrawny back then and it's not like i would have been able to fight him or anything. Then all of a sudden, the exact same time that i finished scraping the pool bottom for little grass chunks and whatever and finally put the pool wand down, he decided that was the perfect time to start walking towards me. I've never been confrontational, so i was just like, "What's up?", and he just kinda stuck his hands in his pockets and looked at me.
Bruhhh my heart was beating so fast, cause he was just standing there, then he came hella close to me and half-mumbled something like, "So you wanna come back with me?" I didn't know what he was saying so I just asked him what he said, and he repeated, "You wanna come back with me?" At the time i was too confused to say anything so i just stood there while he was breathing down my neck, and he probably thought i was fucking terrified because he just backed away and left. I was so confused by that situation for the rest of the day. But tbh, looking back i fucking wish i would've said yes, lol. He was 100% my type, daddy-ish, and he had nice watches so it could've been good money too lmaoooo.
