I think that was what Midlosole was getting at. UPS doesn't have 18 year old drivers. Anyone 18 starts in the distribution center or (hub) sorting packages. They turnover quickly (rat) but there is always an endless supply.

I was a shipping manager at a factory that had 4 UPS Semi-trailer loads going out every day.
