It's a long time since I had sex with virgins but as I remember I approached the task in hand much as with any other woman. Unless it really is just a quick mindless fuck, generally that means working your way to the goal with all the usual warm-up techniques, talking, kissing, fingering, and as someone else said, don't expect to hit the jackpot on the first night. When it does get to that point, make sure she's wet or do something to lubricate, go in gently and gradually, play around with the head and if you're lucky it'll all go in.
