I haven't see many penises before. But recently I saw a guy's at a urinal and the head of his sorta formed a cone, with the tip being pointed. Mine has a broad sorta spherical head.

I think it's difficult to describe penis heads, 876, because even what we term "normal" are very different, one from another. I think it's rare for one to be extremely pointed, although there are all degrees of pointedness. Also, it's the rare man who has one so noticebly big that it dwarfs the shaft. I believe most are well proportioned in totality, shaft and head. Shafts are so different, too, some being the same circumference from base to head, while others vary with their thickest being at all different places. I think hungitaliano's directing us to the site picturing so many dicks was a good way to help answer your question, as my somewhat rambling efforts indicate.

I will add, however, that I think being cut or uncut has nothing to do with head shapes. The foreskin covers and uncovers whatever shaped head its presented along the way, when all is working as intended.

Strange that you should mention that. I've seen uncut guys with more of a helmet head before when erect or when it's pulled back to pee and cut guys with more of a tapered head.

I've noticed that too. It seems more uncut guys have the cone head. I'm not sayin all cone headed dudes are uncut, or all uncut dude have a cone head, but still.
