That might explain it.

I figured it had to do with circumcision because if a they take too much off, the shaft skin tries to connect with the coronal sulcus.

Well Trix, women are supposed to have a higher pain threshold&#33; I think if you can get away with "ultra fine" shave rather than perfectly smooth, you can at least avoid stubble.
