I shave my balls with a $0.50 bulk pack razor, dry. Better control over the lil hairz and less cuts.

I too shave my balls totally dry. I find a lady's razor works just spiffy and is cheap. Only takes a couple minutes, and I have only gotten 2 or 3 very minor nicks in the last few years.

I shave mine. My wife loves everything to be clean shaven. It's much easier to do if you keep up with it on a semi-regular schedule, since the skin is quite sensitive to the razor the first time you do it after a long break. I do it for her, but I also do enjoy the smoothness.
