Shaving one's pubes at the gym

I would think it would depend on the gym... but...I would never do it...the shower with the curtain closed maybe?

We have a 'rule' about not shaving in the sauna... older 'russian' looking guy always shaves in there (it does open up the poors) but....stubble....just seems a bit rude.

Not uncommen (esp in the AM) to see guys shaving at the sink...Once watched with amusement as a nicely hung older man had a towel wrapped, every time he would lean forward to look in the mirror (doing under his nose) the towel would unravel...finally after the 4-5th time, he laughed, put the towel over the sink and leaned up so his dick was on the towel...I have never seen him wear a towel while shaving since...

Interesting question, years ago when the gym I go didn't have doors on the showers one guy was notorious for shaving it all in the shower, since the doors have been added (don't start me) there may be others that do it, but no one sees. Personally I wouldn't, but don't really have a problem with others who do providing they don't leave their stubble all over the place. You gotta have balls to shave your cock in public, knowing some may be offended, and I'm all for self confidence.

. The gym now posts that no shaving is allowed in the sauna or steam room however after complaints of the hair and shaving cream that people did not clean up when they finished.

My gym says no razors in the steamroom. I hadn't thought of the pubes shaving angle. Uh huh. We're also not supposed to jerk off in the steamrooms, or get blojobs. Uh huh.

the pubes are easy to deal with as is the shaver. i take a towel into the steam room and use the part draped over a thigh to clean the razor from the hairs that accumulate.

I don't shave, but I do trim once in awhile with a pair of scissors. I only do it at home in the privacy of my bathroom with the door closed. I would feel odd doing it in front of someone else. However, years ago, at a private club I belonged to, a couple of guys (on 2 seperate occasions) were shaving their entire bodies right in front of me in an open shower. I had started chatting with these guys in the steam room before, so I guess they felt comfortable enough to do it in front of me (I don't know - maybe they do it in front of everyone). It didn't bother me though because these guys were young, fucking gorgeous, and had awesomely toned bodies. If anything, I was enjoying the show, so I hung around a little longer than usual. :tongue: If they had not been so attractive though, I probably would have gotten out of there as fast as possible.

I whioleheartedly agree. If I saw someone shaving their pubes at the gym I'd think they were nuts, an exhibitionist or I dunno. Wither way I think it's in extreme bad taste and not sexy in the least to see it take place there.

where do the whiskers go? they go on my towel that i sit on and after every stroke i clean it on the towel. nothing is getting on the bench or floor.

In the locker room shower - seperate cubicles - I take in my Norelco body Groomer and trim my pubes. I will then finish the job at home if I have missed anything - need my glasses to see. This way the pubic hair goes down their drain no mine.
