I am naturally medium hairy. Been on swim teams since freshman yr in HS. Have to shave before competitions. Bi guy here, get hardons easily when out of water, have a couple buddies on team and we take turns shaving ea other. All 3 of us get hardons doing it, which actually makes the shave easier. I agree to be careful with the Nair or chemicals. Guess it works for some, but not all.

I shaved for the first time when I was about 17, and have done it ever since. Much easier to clean, and keep clean. At first I used a hand mirror (squatting) to make sure I got all the hair and to kind of "learn the motions". Now I do it all by feel. If you do it slowly and carefully, you can do it dry, but I just do it in the shower and use mild soap for "shaving cream". Never had razor burn issues this way. The front I keep well groomed and trimmed (small bush) because I don't like hairy crotches, but I don't want to look like a baby with a big dick either.

I would never shave my ass...friend of mine did that years ago and when the stubble came in he said it was unbearably itchy. He had to put tissues between his cheeks just to get through the day.

Probably because it was the first time he had done it and the first time he had ever felt it try to grow back. Just like the millions of us who had that experience the first time we shaved anything (the lower front for most guys), but don't notice it now. It's one of those things that once you go through a few "cycles" you just don't notice it anymore. Honestly, I itch far more when I let things grow out... maybe because I'm just used to having it shaved and/or trimmed now.
