You're such a good-looking guy whose hairiness is very suitable to your body and face. I'm sorry to see you thinking of shaving the boys. However, to do it right you need to wash them with regular soap and water at the end of your hot shower, then use a good sensitive-skin shave cream. Let it sit for at least 30 seconds and lather it around your entire scrotum in circles. Choose a good, new, multi-blade razor and then get to work. The hard part is keeping the skin taut enough. You want it so taut that the follicle bumps aren't raised above the skin. As always, shave in the direction the hair grows IF your scrotal hair grows in any particular direction and you'll notice this effect most around where your sac meets your groin. Make lots of short strokes, always focusing on the tautest skin, readjusting very frequently. Start from where your sac meets your groin and work down. When you're done, immediately use a good moisturizer with aloe and lanolin (so long as you aren't allergic to wool) or both. Some jojoba oil wouldn't be bad either. If the boys aren't cooperating and your scrotum is pulled up tight, forget it, however as you're doing this at the end of a hot shower (or sitting on the edge of a tub full of hot water you've just soaked in), they shouldn't protest too much. Remoisturize about 12 hours later just to keep everybody happy.
