rivertowncowboy: One way I have found to eliminate the itch is to shave it underwater in a nice warm tub. It also eliminates any iritation and potential nicks (yeouch). So give that a try. Lotion and talc after words are good. If you shave an area that tends to stay mosit (scrotum for instance) be sure to talc.

For me? I just use razor Blade and soapy water. That's it. I don't use any creams or lotions for my cock and skin

I shave my sack regularly but let the hair grow wild everywhere else
