Part of being a good steward of the LGBTQ+ community is respecting someone's declared sexuality no matter what that sexuality is.

If you're labeling someone's sexuality for them based on what you consider to be gay, that is stereotyping and is a form of bigotry. Mannerisms, clothing, etc. do not determine sexuality. That is so ugly and defeats the purpose. You're literally ignoring what they have stated for themselves - for whatever reason - and forcing your own opinion. Why? Because you like to be proven right? Pathetic.

Remember, not every queer person has a safe situation in which to come out. Tom Daley didn't. Colton Haynes didn't. Not at first. So they said they were straight because they had to. They didn't feel like they could come out safely. You're supposed to respect that. It's not about you.

Not true at all. Remember the American idea of one unified "white" ethnicity does not exist in the rest of the world especially outside of the Anglosphere. And it didn't exist before the colonial period. A Spaniard doesn't automatically feel kindship with a German because America thinks they are the same. The USA did this in order to assimilate all groups easily, but it doesn't change the reality that there is no such thing as a white race as the diversity between Europeans both culturally and ethnically is as great as it is in Asia or Africa. You wouldn't say an Indian is the same as a Japanese person would you? Southern Europeans are genetically distinct from Northern, Eastern....vice versa. The genetic distance between a Swede and an Italian is as great as it is between an Italian and someone from the Levant.

Southern Europeans are largely a Mediterranean people. The British have received some Mediterranean admixture from the past via the Roman empire, but they largely are not Mediterranean phenotypically or genetically. You can't look at someone like Alessandro Dellisola and then Alexander Skarsgaard and say with a straight face these two are of the same stock lol.

Except this was not the case historically. All "white people" did not share the same privileges. And that is where the danger from umbrella terms like white present themselves. It makes things simple in the new world yes, but it also allows people to condemn or stereotype an entire continent of diverse people based on the actions or culture of one. It assumes that all European descended peoples enjoyed the fruits of the American Anglo elite in the past or followed their philosophy. When they did not. It would be the equivalent of saying "Well Asians slaughtered thousands of Vietnamese, Koreans and Chinese people" when it was not Asians, but the Japanese alone who did that. Not Indians, not Iranians. The KKK were as against Jewish people and Italians as they were POC. And even tried to pressure them out of various states. What helped the outlier "white" groups besides becoming their own bosses, is that soon they became so numerous that they started impacting stateside politics (like the Irish in Maine) to start benefitting themselves.

The Nazi believed both the Southern Europeans and Eastern Europeans to be beneath the so called Aryan race. They believed the Russians would fall, simply because Slavics were inferior to the Germanic to them. The Jewish people, the Italians lived in poverty when they first arrived in America that's where the term "Ghetto" comes from to begin with, there were so many. And the Anglo Elite dominated academics and the work force, forcing the Jews, Italians to work odd jobs or get their entrepreneurship on. That's how Hollywood and the American porn industry was born. The Anglos put preference on hiring their own which forced the other groups to invest in fields Anglos did not yet touch.. There was an immigration act put in place specifically, that put a preference on immigrants from Northern Europe only.

As for the police arguement you might get assaulted by the police, but that has little to do with your race. American cops shoot more whites than anything. That has more to do with a problem within your own system. Because many other countries have Africans and they do not have the same issues America has. They don't have school shootings every other month either, you feel me.
