I'll be honest, been lurking this site for years using it as a point of reference, but now, I've recently started a relationship with a lady whom I care about very much. However the physical portion is having a few issues. She keeps getting these sharp pains whenever I penetrate. She has had sex before and never had this issue, and it does't happen with her toy either. I am not huge by any means, but easily bigger than what she is used to, could this be the issue, or is it something else I am missing? I've tried extra lube and we are not using condoms (she is on the pill). Any advice would be helpful thanks!

Yeah if it's bigger than she's used to, making sure she's warmed up with foreplay and letting her be in control of the pace or position make big differences. Some women don't take over naturally, so you may need to work with her a bit.

Yeah, I mean I think I warm her up plenty (at least I hope lol), and at one point I even suggested she try being on top and taking it at her own pace. Didn't help.

Just because she's on the pill does not mean either of you don't have a hidden infection, unless you have recently been for a sexual health MOT. My advice is to start using condoms again. And ensure that she is fully relaxed before you penetrate her - more foreplay and lube

Yeah, the fact that it's a 'sharp' pain really suggests you ought to get it checked out. If you're stabbing her in the cervix, and she's the kind of girl who doesn't like that (which can have as much to do with shape/fit as size) then that's been described as sharp, but infection often is too.

I have to say most of the time the "sharp pain" has medical cause (as in an infection or other kind of medical condition), as much as you would like to believe it's because of your huge cock.

My ex had herpes but she was having trouble sitting apparently, you don't mention that so maybe that's not it. Also it was the 'good' (or not so bad?) herpes which is the same as a coldsore, it was just inside her vagina.

Not sure if the other type (type 2?) is as bad as everyone makes out because apparently everyone has the herpes virus anyway.

But it may not be herpes, could still be any other STI though.
