Edit: ah, there it is... Um - bad angle. If she did have a fat tummy the way she is holding herself and the camera angle would be the best way to disguise it.

Yep, ditto on this comment. Even the idea of "looking fat" makes girls lose their lunch. It's another giant female insecurity.
To answer your question--Yes--she seems to have a bit of extra weight there. Nothing disgusting but a bit of a tummy. I am not a fan of the really cut abs look on a woman though.

I can see nothing 'fat' about any of her body in that picture. I do wonder if "Carol" knows that you've posted a photograph of her though?
