This has been going on for many years. Women are treated like dogs and beheaded and stoned to death at the drop of a hat. Obama would be singing a different tune if this were going on in Israel. Perhaps tomorrow he will throw a rug down (at 12 noon) in the White House and say a prayer for her. Don't hold your breath. Soul birds of a feather flock together.
Smooch, you are a muffin!:biggrin1:
Are you off your meds again? Is there a phone number we can call to get you help?
I wish I was on his meds!!!! Have you seeen his dick??? OMG!!!!! He is a fucking monster!

Am I off topic? Sorry guys, I`m not the only one.

You seriously think Obama is Muslim?

I didn't know they allowed mentally-challenged people to sign up at LPSG.

You are a bad muffin!
I don`t give a shit what Obama is, and neither should you. In a normal society and culture president`s religious beliefs shouldn`t even matter.
Who gives a fuck whether he is a Christian, Muslim, a Jew, etc, as long as he knows how to do his work. And I haven`t seen Snakes call him a Muslim either, you are just putting words in or heads. Bad Joq, bad.:biggrin1:

Consenual acts between adults? Are you forgetting that at least
one party is married? I think its been pretty well established that
adultery can lead to broken families, unwanted babies and the spreading of STD's. I don't see the comparison between that and two gay guys
having sex...well unless one of them is married.

The penalty for Adultery is different from jurisdiction to jurisdiction..
but even if its orgin is from the bible..(although I am sure it goes back
to Roman law as well) is that it protects society.

Adultery takes three people...and it's that third person...who's
not consenting.

I seriously cannot believe that you support laws that criminalize consensual behavior. Some woman musta seriously hurt you bad.

Monogamy is great for those who desire it, but laws to protect it are draconian, arbitrary and ultimately absurd. Without meaning to, you are supporting the stoning of a woman for a consensual act: otherwise you are in serious need of professional services.

Marriage is not necessarily about child-producing nor about child-rearing. There are plenty of childless couples (entirely by choice), and there are no laws proscribing the marriage of post-menopausal women. Using "protecting the kids" as an excuse to criminalize adultery is disingenuous and, again, absurd.

Fornication also leads to unwanted babies and STDs. Should there be laws enforcing virginity before marriage as well?

And, BTW: sodomy laws aren't just about gay sex: they prohibit oral and anal sex between two adults regardless of gender, and whether or not they're married or simply fornicating.

Oh, wait....you're one of two KKKrazies.

Put Luka on ignore. It will only enhance your experience here at LPSG.

The first thing that must be reviewed here is that we have the OP making a statement designed by phrasing, title, punctuation and display which attempts to imply that the current sitting President of the United States is not only in favor of but completely endorses the sometimes barbaric practices of less civilized cultures. There is no doubt that respect of other cultures is a given with most administrations. We can with little doubt respect a culture without respecting all of it's practices.

Those who constantly do things such as the OP in this case thrive on negative energy. They are not happy unless they create disharmony.

People who do this are very calculating on how they accomplish this kind of task. All phases of postings used to incite people are very carefully chosen. Televangelists who incite emotion know well that if they succeed that it results in a full collection plate. Political candidates have learned that if they smear an opponent that the issue is lost quickly but the emotional response remains, because it is proven fact that few people ever verify the facts of statements made, these techniques are subversive, but they are effective.

This thread up to this point has been in fact moderately effective in giving the OP the feedback mechanism needed to generate yet more equivalent postings.

Banishment of individuals who use these techniques on boards, groups or sites is very difficult because in order to get their "fix" of negative energy they simply create new identities and come back under a different name.

When statements of this nature appear, the best thing to do is to study them carefully before responding.

The Politics thread is due for major revisions and this is currently under study be site management. These individuals are trying their best to arrive at fair and equitable changes that work. I manage multiple yahoo groups and deal with it regularly. The best thing I have seen and the most effective is to "not come out and play" when things of this nature appear. My only reason for responding to this at all is to help to provide some sort of guidance for those not familiar with individuals of this nature.

I will not engage in insulting members as some have just insulted me. I feel we can all give our opinion without personal insults. The insults don't bother me at all. I welcome it. It is my opinion . Nothing more or nothing less. Just a man with a opinion. However, i WILL give my opinion. May i give it with respect to the other members. I have taken shots at Bush, Clinton and McCain when i felt they were wrong. And i will do the same when i feel this president is wrong.

Disagreeing with a policy position (or action) is not the same as misrepresenting someone's religion. It's just not comparable.

I never said he was a Mulsim or that he was not a Christian. From the reading i have done he is more of a spiritual person than anything else. End of story.

Again...there are THREE parties involved when it comes to adultery...
so it does not matter if you have TWO consenting adults. (Buy the way..
why do they have to be adults, by your philosophy, why should it matter
what age they are...who's to say at what age is considered adulthood
(and actually my issue with women..well...that's for another day
:biggrin1:

Monogamy is great for those who desire it, but laws to protect it are draconian, arbitrary and ultimately absurd.

Tell that to the State of Michigan...where the Maximum penalty is life in
Prison. (Of course in Maryland...it's 10 dollars) So there is a broad perspective here on the issue of Adultery. Non the less, its still considered a crime.

Without meaning to, you are supporting the stoning of a woman for a consensual act: otherwise you are in serious need of professional services. (Now, Now...be kind) Of course I am not advocating stoning.
But I think it's interesting how Adultery...how did one person compare it to...like speaking out of turn to an adult?...that rediculous. It's almost
come to apoint where marraige vows mean nothing.

(I think you are doing a poor job of rationalizing here..
go tell this to a family law Judge..and listen to what she has to say)

The good thing is, a person does not have to get married. That way..these issue would be moot.

Fornication also leads to unwanted babies and STDs. Should there be laws enforcing virginity before marriage as well? (We're only talking about marraige here..outside marriage..people can do anything they want)

And, BTW: sodomy laws aren't just about gay sex: they prohibit oral and anal sex between two adults regardless of gender, and whether or not they're married or simply fornicating. (yea..yea..I know)

This has been going on for many years. Women are treated like dogs and beheaded and stoned to death at the drop of a hat. Obama would be singing a different tune if this were going on in Israel. "Laying a rug at noon and saying a prayer" is obviously a Muslim reference. The "soul birds" ref is also direct evidence that you think Obama agrees with the principles of Sharia law.

Step as far back as you care to: you own what you post. And, FWIW, I've not insulted you in the least.

They have been executing Homosexuals for years in Iran. Many of the executions were gay teenagers in shocking numbers. I will not link to that as they are underage. If a man or a woman are found to be gay they are executed. Here is a article about the executions. Thank god Gay rights groups and a great country like England are trying to stop it. I am for respecting other cultures. However when comes to the systematic genocide of people because of their sexuality my blood boils.

The inartful quotation device you use is useful in as much as whole dialogs are easily retrieved.

I seriously cannot believe that you support laws that criminalize consensual behavior. Some woman musta seriously hurt you bad.
Again...there are THREE parties involved when it comes to adultery...
so it does not matter if you have TWO consenting adults. (Buy the way..

(and actually my issue with women..well...that's for another day
:biggrin1:

If you knew anything about my posting history, you'd understand that consent is not just a slap-around phrase with me: it is one of the articles of my criteria for sexual relations of any kind. Let's not play loose with any facts/semantic games here.

As to whether adultery impacts a third person, I'd not necessarily disagree. However, such grievances are routinely settled (and always to the advantage of the aggrieved party) in civil, not criminal court. That is where they belong.

There's a law in NH against honking a horn at a cow or a horse. A list of anachronistic laws still on the books would fill an entire thread

Marriage vows are meaningless unless they are spoken from the heart of each individual participant involved. I cannot presume to read people's minds nor hearts, but cannot condemn a lie in criminal court unless it involves perjury.

Marriage is a civil matter, not a criminal one. should someone be proven false in his/her marriage vows, it's for the civil, not criminal courts to decide.

(I think you are doing a poor job of rationalizing here..
go tell this to a family law Judge..and listen to what she has to say)

The good thing is, a person does not have to get married. That way..these issue would be moot.

Family law judges are civil, not criminal authorities at least as far as adultery is concerned. And Palimony cases have proven your second point erroneous as well.

Then why post about Sodomy cases as if they were a strictly gay thing? Really: a stronger argument beyond whoever broke your heart is required here.

No one here is supporting Sharia law, not me, not you, and certainly not President Obama.
