It goes by different names, offered by shady clinics.

I have no doubt the tech works for harder erections. Do you have specific gains you can share?I've done it and it's made a decent difference especially with erect girth and a huge difference in flaccid girth. I did 7 Gainswave sessions. For me after about 4 or 5 was all I needed. The last few didn't make a change. There is tons of marketing hype online about it and I find it frustrating that googling for it will mostly have links to individual clinics and their sales push. I'd love to see more user generated reviews. I've heard from others on the forums who have done it and they all seem happy.
I'm trying to remember. I know I've posted about it a few times. Offhand I would say 1/4-1/2 inch in girth. Flaccid and Erect. Flaccid is noticeable thicker. Not sure I ever gained length. I think I have slightly more spontaneous erections since the sessions but it's not dramatic. But if you want girth for sure go for it. Especially if you have the free time to do the pumping along with it.I

The place I went says it works for about 90% of people. They claim the guys it doesn't work on are usually smokers. I'm fairly fit and it improved things for me. I also have great blood pressure and little fat around organs (dexa scan). I know they say it breaks up plaque I am just not certain that's what is making it effective. The only affordable ultrasound machine that has similar settings to the "gainswave" was the "ultrasound therapy machine" the method behind this is that it breaks down plaques in your veins and arteries from poor diet and smoking etc....so if you are good in the cardiovascular department it probably won't do much. If you have lost size over time from poor diet, lack of exercise and smoking it could help clear up the pipes. I considered buying one of these things but I believe I'm in good health and it wouldn't make a big enough difference at this time in my life.
