and yes they work, just like MBTs do, i would so recommend them to anyone

the skechers arent as well made though, will say that


however the balancing act you have to do when first wearing the skechers is more pronounced....there's more of a burn in the thighs and butt if you wear them and exercise. the MBTs not as much, but they are sturdier and prettier/cuter. can be worn with skirts and no pantyhose during warmer months, and still look sporty feminine cute which i like very much.

i love the way high heels look on women, but i cant wear them its just not possible and they dont fit my style at all.

I don't have standard sized feet (nothing about me is standard lol, just makes me hunt a little harder for the cool stuff!), so most of the designer shoes are not a possibility for me
I still have managed to collect over 100 pairs of shoes (even though I occasionally sell off a pair or two now and then), and have a lot of the Pleaser brand heels.
My latest pair are the red patent version of the Bordello Teeze, not something you'd wear to go visit your grandma in, but absolutely delicious!!

The Gianmarco Lorenzo shoes are awesome. Those are some killer heels.
I was gonna look and post my favourite Manolo Blahnik shoes later, cause it'll take me some time. I love almost all of his shoes.

Any SATC fans here? I have been trying to figure out which brand a certain type of shoes from the show is, the episode where Mr Big leaves New York to go to California (the episode I heart New York) and Carrie has a last date with him. But they are interrupted by Miranda having her baby.
Carrie buys some awesome and pretty shoes for that date, and I'd like to know wich brand they are.

Perfect shoes...Let me see if I can state this briefly.
Shoes are totems of Disembodied Lust. They are candy for the eyes, poetry for the feet and the icing for your soul. They stand for everything you have ever wanted: glamour, success, a rapierlike wit, a date with the Sex God (ess) of your choice. Shoes hint that attaining these things are as easy as slipping them on your feet. They have a magic power to make you into something else.
People who understand shoes know all of this. They know that a life without the perfect footwear is a dull, shoddy expanse of gray days and fitful, sleepless nights. They know that the perfect shoes will give them the strength they need in life to go out and do what needs to be done.

A happy life is the quest and attainment of the perfects shoes!

I am currently enjoying a fling with Manolo Blahnik.
And my Frye boots and K-Swiss tennis shoes, Sperry Top Sider's and Dansko clogs are always replaced on an as need basis.
I have dilly dallied with other shoes but we just were not meant for each other for various reasons. I just don't have Prada feet and Robert Clergerie's just don't cut it for what they cost.
Truth be told my rubber slippers by havaianas are my favorite footwear, I have them in 15 different colors.

I love those because the cuff can go up or all the way down. In the pictures there it's not completely folded down as far as it can go. I love Zappos because they do cute videos for most of the shoes and it really helps to pick what you want. Plus they have pictures for every possible angle of the shoes.
