when i cum, i basically dribble. i don't squirt at all. do you guys who shoot for distance just relax and let it rip or do you tense up your muscles or something? is there anything voluntary i can do to work on my distance? also, i've tried kegels a bit. mostly many short contractions. no luck, although i didnt stick with it very long. should i do fewer longer contractions maybe? what are your thoughts?
