It's the same muscle you use to stop and start the flow of urine while you're peeing.
Flex and exercise that muscle regularly (it's a muscle just like any other one in your body) and you'll begin to experience harder erections, better stamina, and more control.
If this is your symptom, then just follow what the others said. It's funny but for some people ejaculations get stronger after the 30's, I don't know though for how long.
