Preston Parker sounds about right. I stand by that it's shopped and not just wide lens. Preston's dick narrows down towards the end, here it gets a strange looking girth boost instead. Classic liquify/bloat tool. Looks like it has also been given some extra length, but that's less clear.

There is definitely some fish-eye lens trickery with the possibility of a little bit of playing with the aspect ratio. However, I also think the original picture/scene would be eye-popping in its own rite.
